The European residential investment market: Where is the capital heading?

The fundamentals of many European residential property markets remain attractive, while the demands placed on asset managers are increasing. Outside of Germany in particular, it is becoming clear that proximity to the asset, an understanding of the local market and operational expertise are essential for investment decisions. It is no longer just the country that matters, but above all the city, the micro-location and the neighbourhood. The panel will discuss how capital flows are shifting amid changing regulatory and financial conditions, and which strategies will prove successful in the residential investment market in future.
